Erica Campbell

As a career coach at Skills Development Scotland, I have been supporting pupils to develop their career management skills and make informed decisions about their future for over the past year. I have also taken on additional roles in quality improvement, customer excellence, and mentoring a trainee careers adviser. In the previous 28 months, I was team leader for Skills Development Scotland's pandemic response helpline - creating a new service delivery channel and managing a virtual team. With more than 20 years experience in the careers sector, I have a strong background in career guidance and education, as well as leadership and management. I have been recognised for my commitment to achieving targets, improving performance, and influencing policy. I have also completed multiple certifications and diplomas in life coaching, leadership, and management. My mission is to help people discover their potential and pursue their goals with confidence and clarity.
