Erin Cheschi

Over the course of my professional career I have had the privilege of meeting and working with incredibly talented, dedicated and curious humanitarians. Through the love of advocacy, education, humanitarian work and self reflection, I have been able to design and build a career and life I love. Working with young people and helping them see the best in themselves and what is possible when you step outside your comfort zone and think outside the box is what gets me up and going in the morning. Those 'ah-ha moments' the connections and smiles of gratitude is why I enjoy career exploration and advising. It goes beyond the resume, courses, college majors and GPAs...it is human centered, about creativity, passion, interests, family and the desire to make a difference. I am looking forward to the new challenges, learning opportunities and student engagements that I will have in my new role as a career coach @ Bryant University.
