Hi, I’m Fay - Founder of Coaching with Fay Ltd, a boutique HR career coaching practice helping mid-to-executive HR professionals redefine success and build careers that align with purpose, lifestyle, and values. I help people feel seen, supported, and successful in careers that truly fit - beyond just the job title. I’m a former Executive Search Director and top global biller - but the real turning point came when I realised something was missing. From the outside, it looked like success. But inside, I felt a quiet pull. I was supporting a select few, but couldn’t reach those navigating self-doubt, burnout, or career pivots — the ones who needed space to think, not just be 'placed'. Add in relentless targets, long hours, and a sense of being undervalued - and I knew it was time to build something different. A career that let me help people in a more meaningful way, while also being present for my family (and not missing bath times with my little boy!). So in 2020, I founded Coaching with Fay - and I’ve never looked back.
