Fiona Hartley

I'm a qualified Career Coach who has extensive experience in working with individuals and groups to assist them in identifying and achieving their career goals. I work with organisations, groups and individuals to help people and organisations ensure optimum performance and secure a successful future. I have an MSc in Personal and Executive Coaching from UCC. I also hold a Train the Trainer certificate from the IITD and an honours degree in Production Management from the University of Limerick. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and qualified to administer a wide selection of personality profiling and aptitude and ability tests. I have worked across many industries in Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Training and Consultancy roles. I have been involved in the Recruitment and Training business since 2008. Having changed career paths myself on numerous occasion and realising the importance of flexibility in the changing employment landscape, I have developed a passion for helping others to identify and realise their career goals. I combine my expertise in coaching and training with extensive up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment market to ensure clients are provided with practical and achievable solutions to achieving realistic career goals. I use a co-active coaching approach which is person centred and adaptable to meet the needs of each individual client and empowers them to undertake the transitions necessary in securing a successful future.
