Hi, my name is Gerry, and I am the MBA Career Lead and Coach with the London Business School, London. I am also a senior coaching practitioner and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and business consultant. I provide a range of coaching, mentoring, training services and business consulting, helping individuals and businesses grow to improve performance and effectiveness both in the workplace and in a personal capacity. Financial Experience My background includes more than 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working with asset managers, global investment banks, private equity and fund management groups. I have led and managed teams, raising, and investing private capital into a range of private businesses alongside private equity and infrastructure funds. Professional, Coaching and Mentoring Experience My professional qualifications include an MBA and MSc Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. I am a Professionally Designated Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), a member of the Association for Coaching (AoC), International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the MBA Career Service & Employer Alliance (MBACSEA). I hold a TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) and have completed courses in Managing Mental Health from Coventry University and Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Peak Performance and Emotional Intelligence at Work, from Monash.
