I'm a career, executive and outplacement coach with an absolute passion for helping people reach their potential, to have confidence in their employability and to know how to find and secure work that they love. For more than 30 years I have helped individuals from new graduates to board level, to make good career decisions and achieve career success. I have partnered with start ups to multinationals across all major industries and job functions in both the UK and Europe to identify great talent and importantly great cultural fits. I've been a board director of three organisations, with commercial accountability for P&L delivery, product and brand proposition, and team management and development and I've been fortunate to have ridden the challenges of a business start-up, an MBO and a business sale. Since 2013 I have been working as a Coach with Personal Career Management. We're a leading career management firm working with individuals and organisations to support them through career change, career progression and career transition post redundancy.
