As Programme Director at CCS, I lead on the design and delivery of our career development portfolio. My work spans: * Designing and delivering accredited Career Coach training * Partnering with organisations to embed sustainable in-house career coaching capability * Equipping managers to lead high-quality career conversations * Delivering executive and 1:1 career coaching * Providing coaching supervision to professional Career Coaches I also oversee the development of new organisational programmes and curate CPD provision for our established alumni community of trained Career Coaches.My passion is on building internal capability, professional standards, and long-term impact through the medium of impactful and empowering career conversations.
