Katie Glover

My goal is to work with people to improve environmental issues. As a trained conflict mediator and large group facilitator I am a strong communicator, time manager and organizer. I work best with groups and feel comfortable as the leader or a contributor. Collaboration is the stronger tool we have in our communities and my passion to make collaboration a productive and progressive problem solving strategy keeps me motivated as we work through each project. I have both social and natural science backgrounds which is helpful in creating synergy between different ways of thinking. My main objective is to improve large environmental issues working with the strengths of people.
