Kim Katz

I'm a coach and trainer with over 20 years' experience in career development and education. Right now, I work as a Graduate Masters Career Coach at London Business School, where I help students clarify their direction, navigate tricky career decisions, and plan their next steps. I offer practical guidance, empathic listening and a supportive approach to help students reach their goals. Whether you’re exploring options, writing your CV and Cover letter, preparing for interviews or attending Assessment Centres, I love supporting LBS students as they discover what’s possible. I’ve supported clients at all levels, offering coaching and workshops at London Business School, LSE, Imperial College, The University of Reading, and Personal Career Management. I also run my own coaching practice and have partnered with organisations like Skillfluence, and the Guardian One Day MBA Masterclass. I hold a Psychology Hons degree from Wits, a Master’s in Education from OSU, and an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from Birkbeck. I’m also qualified in a variety of psychometric assessments (like MBTI, NEO, and Big 5), licensed to use the Balance instrument, and certified as a Mental Health Champion.
