Currently one of the 100+ 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 (𝗖𝗖𝗔) awarded under the WSG Career Development Framework in Singapore, with certifications in career profiling and assessment tools such as 𝗠𝗕𝗧𝗜 , 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗛𝗣𝗧𝗜), 𝗧𝗘𝗜𝗤𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘. I enjoy helping tertiary students embark on their journey of self-discovery and career planning, guiding them to realize their full potential and achieve their career aspirations. With a first degree in Mechanical Engineering from NTU, I previously worked as a Lean Engineer in a US-based MNC, focusing on improving productivity and ergonomics.
