My background spans across industries like corporate, telecommunications, residential, hospitality, and construction, and I’ve led everything from recruitment to employee engagement to DEI initiatives. Right now, I serve as the Employee Engagement Manager, where I’ve built the role from the ground up — designing programs, revamping onboarding and offboarding, leading culture efforts, launching wellness and recognition initiatives, and making sure our people feel supported and seen.
