Nicole Opland

I am an experienced Employment Services Manager with a demonstrated history of success in professional training, coaching, and workforce development. With strong expertise in case management, communication, interpersonal relations, program development, and collaborative teamwork, I thrive on helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve meaningful employment outcomes. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Art History from the University of Wisconsin–Superior and have spent much of my professional life supporting communities in the Twin Ports region. My work is grounded in a deep commitment to service, inclusion, and empowering others. Outside of my professional role, I live in Superior, Wisconsin, with my family. I’m actively engaged in my children’s activities and enjoy volunteering, sports officiating, and exploring the rich history of the Twin Ports area. I take pride in celebrating the unique stories of our region and the resilience of the people who call it home.
