Paula Ranta

I am a trained coach working with career planning and job search topics with five+ years of experience in the field. I am constantly looking for ways to become a better coach and building my skills with further training. My previous experience has focused on communication and research. On the side I am also a passionate event producer, and have organized for example Speakeasy dance events for 300 attendees, speed-dating nights and a recruitment event. The guiding thought throughout my versatile work history has been the desire to work with people for either fun or a social cause. I like to work in agile environments, having variation in my working days and hope to have kind & enthusiastic people around me, with whom work can be fun and inspiring. Ps.
