I am a relationship-driven education leader and career coach with over 20 years of experience supporting high school students, educators, and programs focused on student success, career readiness, and workforce pathways. With a Master’s degree in Family & Consumer Science Education, I bring a holistic, student-centered approach to helping young people navigate academic, personal, and career decisions. Throughout my career, I have built strong, trust-based relationships with students, families, educators, administrators, and community partners. I am highly skilled in relationship building, individual and group coaching, and cross-sector collaboration, believing that meaningful progress happens when people feel supported, heard, and empowered. My work consistently focuses on bridging education and workforce systems to help students turn interests into realistic, attainable career pathways.
