Rina Ong

I have an uncommon expanse of skills gleaned from working in education, counselling and Human Resources for over 30 years. In my last role, I was a trusted advisor to Chief Human Resource Officers. I spent many years leading Human Resources and Talent Development practices within multi-national organizations. Having worked and lived in the United States, I also brings my personal experience of transnational living into my work. I possess a Master’s Degree in Counselling, a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I am also a member of the Singapore Association for Counselling, a Master Practitioner Solution-Focused Coach and was accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I trained as a Clinical Supervisor of Career Development Practitioners and am a certified Career Development Facilitator. Following a voluntary departure from a successful corporate career, I am now enjoying meaningful work supporting others to reach their highest potential in the latter half of my career.
