Sharon Wilkenfeld

I am an organisational psychologist and coach (executive and career coaching) with extensive consultancy experience in talent and leadership development, executive coaching, deep psychological assessment, team facilitation and solution design (talent and capability). I have worked with emerging, senior and executive leaders in ANZ and globally, across a range of ASX and FTSE 100 organisations. I am passionate about identifying and optimising people’s unique potential, helping individuals thrive in their careers whilst building deep client partnerships. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of leaders, organisational systems and sectors, which has helped me to develop an appreciation of different contexts and how to best enable growth and impact. I am a registered psychologist and a member of APS (Australian Psychological Society) with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Masters in Organisational Psychology (Hons Class 1). I hold coaching qualifications and am accredited in a range of psychometric tools.
