Adult-onset visual challenges, unexpected young widowhood and sudden solo parenting, then most recently, receiving the life-changing diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder have changed my life, my perspective, and my priorities. Travel has been my go-to throughout my stress, grief, and growth. I have leaned into travel to escape, to refocus, to grow, to deal and to heal. The unfolding of my life has led me to visit all 50 states, 16 countries, and 4 continents so far! My evolving story has also led me to discover my post-career entrepreneurial purpose and passion of helping over-scheduled executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs to create a transformation in their lives through mindset shifts, career and lifestyle choices and changes, work/life balance, time management, and taking decisive action to reduce their overwhelm, stress and burnout to optimize their happiness, health and wellbeing.
