I bring 19+ years' experience across FMCG senior marketing leadership, organisational development, behaviour and culture change. I've worked across a wide range of industries including marketing , media, retail, law and professional services and supported many inspiring businesses including Danone, BBC Studios, Fortnum & Mason, Global Media & Entertainment and RSA/Intact. I believe that coaching is a powerful catalyst for change and capability and partner with leaders to help them lead through change, leverage individual and organisational strengths and maximise their impact.
