Alex Elias

Hi! I'm Alex from the Ivey Business School, where I coach MBA students, leaders, and teams to bring more to their roles by leveraging their unique strengths. I am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, currently working towards my International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC certification, and a Stanford University Career Life Design Facilitator, with over 10 years of experience coaching and facilitating in the education sector. Outside of Ivey, I work as an Executive and Career Coach with various senior leaders, managers, and teams across different industries, providing strength-based training, coaching, and leadership development. I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential, achieve their career goals, and celebrate their diversity. I've been lucky enough to have been recognized as a facilitator, coach, and trainer, most recently the Ivey MBAA Impact Award (2025); Gallup CliftonStrengths Award (2023) and a Top Executive Coach in London Ontario recognition (24,25). I have a Master of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology from Western University and a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
