As an experienced business and career coach my work is about creating different futures. My legal background, creative insight and wide ranging voluntary experience give a breadth and flexibility of approach that my clients find helpful and effective. I’ve successfully worked with those changing careers or taking the next steps in their chosen jobs, with those rebalancing priorities and opening up new pathways. A graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coaching programme, I have worked with all levels from senior partners and chief executives to those just starting on their careers. Coaching is about a point in time but also about building and growing for the future. I enjoy working with those stepping up to new challenges of leadership, making complete career changes and starting new initiatives as well as making the day to day work well. I have worked with hundreds of individuals and organisations. With an enthusiasm for life and a belief in people’s potential and their unique talents I also enjoy training in a number of contexts and devising and delivering workshops.
