Zoe Riddell

With over 13 years of work experience in the coaching industry, I am passionate about helping people achieve their career and personal goals through coaching and training. As an Associate Director of Career Coaching at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, I provide career and leadership coaching for working professionals earning their EMBA. I also have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University, and a background in sociology and anthropology from Earlham College. Prior to my role at UNC, I had my own Career Transition Coaching business where I helped my clients explore their options and discover their potential using a process of education, awareness, and discovery to help clarify their goals and evaluate their opportunities. My past experience in the health and wellness space, helping people move through challenging situations, adds to what I am able to bring to students and clients today.
