"I just want to talk to people about life and help them get from point A to point B." This was what I told my parents when I was in middle school and asked the question, "What do I want to do with my life?". Today, I still abide by that statement by engaging in authentic conversations with students and professionals which always starts with one question: "Why are you here"? Through story-telling and reflecting upon past experiences, I work to unveil to students and professionals the strengths and value that they may not realize they have and help them put these attributes to action. In doing so, I hope to create a movement centered around self-awareness and emotional intelligence that will propel students and professionals into pursuing meaningful careers. If you or your organization have a similar mission, or, if you have a need for someone like myself to assist you with achieving your goals, connect and message me and I am happy to help!CliftonStrengths - Learner, Responsibility, Woo, Connectedness, FuturisticStrong Interest Inventory - SAE - Social, Artistic, EnterprisingMyers-Briggs - ENFJ - Extraversion Intuitive, Feeling, Judging

Sparrenberger, Loren

I recently graduated from the University of Mississippi in May of 2023 with a Bachelors in Business Management. In addition to degree requirements, I emphasized in international business, also receiving a minor in entrepreneurship. I currently work at Swift Transportation as an extension of the driver support coverage team. Over years prior, I have worked in the restaurant industry, and have learned how privately owned businesses are ran. Throughout my experience, I have grown in customer service and sales. I have always been a high achieving individual, and I plan to carry that into any career I pursue. I am eager to develop lasting relationships throughout my work experience, and ignite an optimistic attitude into whatever environment I am brought into.

Goodwill Kentucky

Louisville, United States

As a store manager at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, I lead a team of 25 employees and oversee the daily operations, sales, and customer service of the store. I have been in this role for over two years, and I am passionate about the mission and vision of Goodwill, which is to provide employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages.I have a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations. Under my leadership, my store has achieved the fab 5 status, which means it was among the top 5 stores in the state in terms of sales growth, for five consecutive quarters. In 2022, we also reached the milestone of one million dollars in sales in the first 10 months. I attribute these achievements to my skills in training, coaching, and motivating my staff, as well as my ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers and donors.I have a degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Brown Mackie College-Louisville, which I obtained in 2012. This degree has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle various medical and administrative tasks, such as taking vital signs, performing lab tests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. I believe that these skills are transferable and valuable for any retail or customer service role, as they demonstrate my attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.I am open to new opportunities to excel in my career and to make a difference in the lives of others. I am eager to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and work with diverse and dynamic teams. I am confident that I can bring my retail expertise, medical assistant background, and fab 5 achievements to any organization that values excellence, innovation, and social impact.
