YouMap Certified Coach, volunteer with Crossroads Career Services and, community volunteer providing career coaching. Each person is unique. No one else has the same combination of experience, values, abilities, and interests. Career fulfillment happens when your work requires doing what you do best that you truly enjoy. This is true whether you are seeking a job/career change or, wanting insights on how to address challenging situations in your current role. I help people discover and describe how they bring value. This is key to understanding the right of work to pursue or, your right approach to successfully addressing challenging issues in your job. Someone else’s effective approach to a challenge may be wrong for you while your effective approach may be wrong for them. The same is true for seeking employment. You probably already know that every job is not suited for every person but, do you know what types of jobs are likely to bring you success and enjoyment? I enjoy coaching people in understanding how they bring value, a product of their experience, personal values, abilities, and interests. One of my favorite stories is about someone that upfront said “I don’t know why someone would hire me”. Through working together to understand their abilities and interests with examples from their experiences they realized that accomplishments they had viewed as unremarkable were actually examples of their abilities in action (abilities are not job specific and are the “it” employers desire). This produced confidence in creating a compelling resume that led to interviews resulting in beating out more experienced candidates to win a job in their target field. In my corporate career many of my assignments involved turning around under performing teams. Weak performing teams with a lack of unity and trust among members became strong performing units with members having pride in their work and respect for each other. Functional teams that counterproductively sparred with

As an undergraduate psychology student with a passion for humanitarian causes and multicultural psychology. Thanks to my personal, academic, and professional experiences I have been lucky to meet and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences and my strong academic foundation has allowed me to develop a deep understanding the factors that affect mental wellness and the barriers to care. I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact whether it be through research, volunteering or therapeutic interventions.

I believe that information is only valuable if it leads to action. My career has been defined by one core skill: Translation. I bridge the gap between complex strategies and human understanding, turning dense information into "lightbulb moments" that drive adoption and behavior change. With 8+ years of experience across program management, client education, and content strategy, I am an L&D professional who understands the business bottom line. In 2026, I was honored with the President’s Award for Exceptional Service, recognizing the high-impact strategic launch of the Career Catalyst Program. I don’t just design training; I build programs that engage learners, retain clients, and optimize operations. 1. FACILITATION & PUBLIC SPEAKING I am a practitioner who loves the classroom. As the Resident Lead Trainer for the Empowerment Series and a Lead Speaker for Career Catalyst events, I facilitate weekly workshops on soft skills and career navigation. My facilitation style has led to invitations to speak and co-facilitate at universities, consulting firms, and corporate events. 2. CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN I build learning ecosystems from scratch. * Designed the end-to-end curriculum for the Empowerment & Motivational Program. * Authored the Mentorship Training Program manual and facilitation guides. * Create actionable educational plans from complex biological data (MaxGen) for wellness clients. 3. AI & FUTURE-READINESS I am passionate about leveraging technology to scale learning. I spearheaded my organization's internal digital transformation by designing and delivering training on Generative AI, upskilling staff to boost operational efficiency and creating custom prompt libraries for the team. 4. CONTENT STRATEGY Engagement is key to learning. Leveraging my background in marketing, I treat every training program like a campaign, using high-impact copy, social media strategy, and visual storytelling to drive participation (resulting in a 30% increas
