I'm excited to explore new opportunities as I continue my personal and professional journey. My hope is to find a position that uses my skill set and passions. Early in my career I discovered the power in developing authentic, meaningful experiences that engage youth in creating positive change. By designing and organizing high interest Service Learning opportunities, young people become positive change agents. This increases engagement and promotes the development of essential life long leadership skills. My extensive experience with this, affords me the confidence to say that HOPE always follows. I bring with me certification as Building Administrator, Masters in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Design, ten years as Maine public school administrator, and sixteen years of classroom teaching experience. Currently, I am enrolled in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate through eCornell University.

Defining Success Coaching
San Francisco, United States
For more than a decade, I’ve helped people get jobs. I’ve helped companies like Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, IDEO, and Facebook hire and manage teams, and as a certified career coach, I help job seekers land the jobs they want. CAREER COACHING Pulling from my recruiting & creative management background, I coach creative individuals and agencies internationally. I specialize in coaching advertising art directors, copywriters and graphic designers, so they can see themselves get the recognition they deserve, hear about themselves in their industry, and finally feel satisfied even when they've felt stuck. CREATIVE RESOURCING Since my time at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, I can’t shake my love for recruiting, creative services, and operations. That’s why you’ll occasionally see me take on a contract to help a company build their design group. While managing the creative department at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, the department grew from 65 to more than 170 employees. It was a rush building teams and allocating resources for the close to $2 billion in agency new business billings won in less than one year – plus attending to the needs of the billions in "old business" billings that same year. In 2008, the agency’s partners honored me as one of the top 30 employees (out of more than 600 people). During my time at IDEO, I recruited and assigned design contractors – growing the freelance network of active designers by 16% within the first 14 weeks of restructuring creative operations. Then, at The Factory (Facebook’s in-house advertising group), I worked closely with leads to manage workload across multiple groups including select projects for the Social Good Group and Internet.org. To support an increased project volume, the number of creatives actively working on projects more than doubled in less than one year. Feel free to connect about career coaching or creative resourcing.

Visibility Branding

Storytelling is integral to my career as Founder of Visibility Branding, Career Coach and Host of the Storytelling Salons. An evangelist about the power and impact of storytelling (supported by neurological research), I can’t help but spread the word with clients, on the speaker circuit and in corporate and academic environments. Once upon a time this valley girl (born in Los Angeles) of Irish, French and German descent was smitten by the thought of faraway places with castles, temples and pyramids. This led to backpacking in Europe, summer jobs in Liechtenstein, a stint at Club Med in Switzerland, and language studies in French, German and Chinese. The crowning glory was an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management that launched a career in marketing and branding in Europe, Asia and the US. Brands included American Express in the UK, Saatchi & Saatchi in Taiwan, and various startups. In 2005, the entrepreneurial spirit beckoned, coinciding with discovering the power of fusing personal branding & storytelling. Launching VISIBILITY BRANDING, my mission as a career coach is to help professionals develop the art of storytelling. As a resource for my clients, I authored “Storytelling about Your Brand Online & Offline”. Replete with tips, tools, stories, examples, and interviews it guides clients through my signature process of DISCOVER, DEVELOP, DOCUMENT & DISTRIBUTE. In parallel with coaching, I lecture, develop courses and present in academia (ExecEd, MBA and undergraduate levels at INSEAD, IMD, HEC, Thunderbird, Seattle University), in corporations (IBM, Orange, SAP), and associations (Project Management Institute, Certified Financial Analyst Institute, How Woman Lead and Professional Women’s Network). I call Paris, the “City of Light” home; however, I work virtually and onsite with clients across the globe. Known as the “Networking Queen”, I’ve been described as “a professional matchmaker who keeps clients on her radar for opportunities”. Admittedly a natu
