Who do I support and work with? - I support clients who feel stuck, out of balance or are in need of support while navigating difficult life transitions. - I work with high-achieving clients who lack direction. - I work with individuals who might have a repeating thought or feeling that "there has to be more to life than this" in terms of their career, or in the way they experience life in general. - Some of my clients are finding themselves repeating the same patterns / self-sabotaging behaviours and want to have a better self-understanding and break through to see what's on the other side. - I work with individuals who have scattered, fast minds with a lot of energy but are lacking focus. - We might be a good fit to work together if you are experiencing: high levels of anxiety, low mood, imposter syndrome and burnout.
