Beaucoup de commerciaux ne manquent pas d'arguments… mais d’approche Sur le terrain, je constate souvent les mêmes freins : *Des rendez-vous difficiles à décrocher faute de susciter la curiosité *Une posture de vendeur qui déclenche la méfiance *Des présentations power point, certes bien faites mais ennuyantes au possible *Trop peu de questions qui font réellement avancer la réflexion du client *Des produits ou services décrits sans bénéfices clairement perçus *Des objections gérées frontalement *Des négociations inconfortables vécues comme un rapport de force Résultat : une efficacité commerciale qui n'atteint pas son potentiel Mais tout cela s'apprend et s'entraîne. Je forme vos commerciaux avec des exemples, des cas pratiques, des mises en situation... pas avec des powerpoints soporiphiques et des acronymes théoriques On en parle autour d'un bon petit café ?
