Sarah Green

I’m a Director, Executive & Leadership Coach and Organisational Development practitioner, supporting people, leaders and organisations to develop in ways that are effective, human and sustainable. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing and organisational performance. I work with senior leaders, managers, professionals, freelancers and entrepreneurs who want clarity, confidence & direction, without burning out or forcing change that doesn’t fit. I’m currently a Director at OKA People & Development, where I design and deliver executive coaching, leadership development and organisational development work across public and private sector organisations. Alongside this, I run an independent coaching practice through The Work & Wellbeing Collective, offering 1:1 career and life coaching and hosting a monthly community for freelancers and entrepreneurs. My approach is calm, collaborative and values-led. I create spaces where people can slow down their thinking, reflect honestly, challenge assumptions and move forward with self-trust and intention. I believe sustainable development happens when we work with the whole person, not just performance or outcomes in isolation.
