My journey in higher education began with coordinating tutoring at Tulane University's Academic Learning & Tutoring Center , where I led a team of 40+ tutors, elevated the center to College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) accreditation, and discovered how deeply meaningful it is to support student growth.
