Alexandra Carew

Having worked in the Executive Search industry for some years assisting clients and candidates with their search needs, I now assist clients with their own career transition and career development with the aim of securing employment in their dream job. My corporate work experience in the private and public sector along with my search knowledge and coaching/counselling experience has allowed me to consolidate these skills and transition into the career management space. I am driven by helping people to realise their goals and to succeed in achieving them. In essence, I want to make a difference to people's lives in the most positive way. This role is part time, so I've been lucky to assist Tim Ford @ Performance Integrity, Leadership Consulting as well. Working with him in planning and delivering leadership development programs with Executives and Boards across multiple ASX listed companies. My interest in Positive Psychology and the science of wellbeing has grown and am keen to work in the Wellbeing at Work arena.
