Anni Karppanen

As a Co-Founder and CEO of a coaching company, I am passionate about developing leadership, teams, working life, and people. I partner with individuals and organizations to create healthy and humane goals for work communities, and to empower them to utilize their own thinking, potential, and energy. With 20 years of experience in the retail industry, I have a broad and diverse view of the challenges and opportunities faced by people working at different levels of the organization. I leverage my expertise in team coaching, new business development, and coaching and mentoring to support my clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. I am also a lifelong learner, currently pursuing a BBA degree with a focus on leadership, management of well-being at work, and human resource management.
