As long as I can remember, I have had a particular interest in people and what drives them and motivates them. Consequently it gives me enormous satisfaction to support and coach people during their times of transition. I guide out of work individuals and groups towards a new purpose and help them to achieve that goal. In addition, I coach employees to find answers to all sorts of career questions. I like to build structure where there is chaos. It gives me an undeniable pleasure to determine a clear overview and then facilitate change. What I offer every day at work are my empathy and listening skills, my sense of responsibility and impeccable ethics.
