I am a resourceful and creative Career Coach with technical savvy. I have an extensive background working with candidates one on one and in small group workshop settings. My experience involves working with candidates from hourly manufacturing workers to managers and executives. My career coaching experience has included project management and leadership in over 10 major settings including Power Plants, Electronic manufacturing, Custom Bags/Sewing manufacturing, a Paper Mill, large Health Prescription and Insurance call centers, several Dairies, and a Food Science R&D Career Center. I have coached over 2000 candidates in my career and facilitated numerous workshops, webinars and trainings. I bring a rich employment background which includes being a Civil Engineer, Church Developer, Community Organizer, Pastor, Truck Driver, Staff Developer, and Career Coach. This experience allows me to have a sense of the work experience of a wide variety of workers and enables me to address the concerns of people going through various forms of change, in a world where the only constant is Change. I also have a good head for data, analysis and problem solving. I am proficient at research, idea generation and writing as well as resource gathering. I enjoy assisting candidates to identify their personal brand and value proposition and motivating them to deliver this with confidence and convincing energy.
