I am a naturally passionate person who loves to support clients to reach their full potential through expert career guidance and coaching. I love supporting the LBS students throughout the year develop knowledge in the key areas of business. I work with them to gain the self-awareness and broadened perspective to make smart choices about their future, together with the transferable business skills to have immediate impact in the workplace. I am keen to share in our students experiences to better understand their passions and interests and broaden my own knowledge. In 2019 I travelled to Beijing to accompany 50 students on their Global Immersion Field Trip focused on AI and tech development in China. We were privileged to visit ByteDance (TikTok), Alibaba, Pony AI, JD and others. I recently completed a 9 month ILM Endorsed Career Coaching Programme to add to my existing coaching qualifications/
Caroline Mayo coaches students at London Business School, an institution focused on postgraduate business education.
