With over 20 years of work experience in various fields and sectors, I am a passionate and certified coach, trainer, facilitator, and consultant who helps individuals and organizations to create a more conscious and relationship-oriented world. My mission is to inspire and empower people to align their personal and professional values, goals, and actions with integrity, authenticity, and compassion. I support clients in their personal and professional as well as organizational development, leadership, and transformation. I use a holistic and integrative approach that combines the International Coaching Federation system, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, systemic work, a combination of Lean and Design Thinking and other tools and frameworks to help clients to gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their life & career journey and organizational goals. I also facilitate workshops and trainings on topics such as Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), business ethics, company culture, soft skills and other leadership skills wherein innovation, sustainability and inclusion are key factors.
