My passion – people. My mission – helping them grow, perform and optimize their potential. With the help of coaching and training I assist people, teams and companies to reach their optimal performance and better use of their capacity. In many coaching processes I assist people to discover to become more aware who they are and what they really want to do with their lives, and coaching them in reaching their goals. As a career coach, I coach my customers how to better use their resources and potential and assist them in discovering new career paths and job solutions. In my current, and previous positions, I have created new services and developed existing services further e.g. in coaching, training and education. In my career I have been leading teams successfully with great feedback both from team members and executive management level. I serve my customers in Finnish, Swedish and English. I have worked as a coach and trainer for over twenty years. I assist people in: - boosting their performance - finding new career paths - managing negative stress effectively & optimize positive stress - using better the capacity of the mind - finding creative solutions - prioritizing and managing time optimally - sleeping better I teach and lead trainers and coaches to become even better in their profession. During my career, I have created several different health promotive concepts, methods, and tools. Many of them are in the area of e-health and with the use of gamification in creating exciting new mobile platforms for learning. For more than ten years I have also worked as a lecturer, teaching coaching, mind training, peak performance, personal development, communication, stress management, and holistic wellbeing in different educational institutions.
