My journey began in project and program development, when I innovated new solutions for business needs under category 2 initiatives. My specific focus on driving engagement programs further fueled my passion. My affinity for project and program management led me to earn my Six Sigma Green Belt certification and engage in diverse professional rotations. These rotations equipped me to collaborate with essential stakeholders—People Teams, Communications teams, Corporate Security, and program sponsors—to meet distinct business needs.
