Erin Ewart

I help purpose-driven leaders design and build fulfilling and impactful careers. I pivoted to coaching after starting my career in recruiting and talent roles, where I saw how challenging it can be to navigate finding the right career fit. I also learned (the hard way!) from some of my early career experiences that being in the wrong job or organization can take a toll on every aspect of your life. Those twists and turns led me to create Careers for Social Impact, where I use everything I've learned along the way to partner with social sector leaders who are building impactful and intentional careers. Through our coaching programs, I've helped thousands of people get clearer about what they want at work, navigate times of transition, and align their careers to their values and strengths - all so they can make their biggest impact. Our clients work for social sector organizations ranging from purpose-driven companies and startups to foundations, nonprofits and at all levels of government. They work on topics including education, public health, international development, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and more. The common thread that unites them all is a desire to make the world a better place. If this sounds like you, I'd love to connect!
