As a career coach, my main job is to ask the right questions outside the expert bubble. My core interest and responsibility is the international job search for academic engineers, and working with TEK's international members helping them find opportunities in Finland. I am a certified solution-focused coach. I have worked in Australia, Ireland, and Poland, and volunteered in Peru. I studied Human Resource Management in the Netherlands.
