Jeanne Williams

I spent 20 years at Google and Apple as a Head of Program Management, Operations and Chief of Staff. I’ve led both small, fast-moving teams and 50+ person orgs across Engineering (Display Ads and AIML Speech) and HR. I know the ins and outs of how Big Tech companies operate, scale products, navigate complex, cross-functional challenges, and also, how they hire. Today, I leverage that experience in two ways: First, I advise financial institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies, providing tech industry insight to help them navigate AI/ML, product development, and operational excellence. Second, I coach professionals, ranging from early-career talent to seasoned executives, on landing their ideal roles in tech. My clients benefit from my industry knowledge as we work through career goal setting, personal branding, networking strategy, and interview prep.
