As a Career Coach for the Professional Immigrant Credential Program at SE Works since July 2025, I provide personalized career coaching to immigrants and refugees, focusing on workforce integration and credential recognition. Managing a caseload of 45 clients, I have consistently exceeded targets while advocating for equitable access to career opportunities through impactful initiatives such as public testimony at City Hall. With over seven years as a Program Coordinator and Instructor for the BankWork$ and CareerWork$ Medical programs, my expertise spans training management, classroom instruction, and new hire training. I am deeply committed to fostering inclusive learning environments, developing innovative teaching strategies, and building meaningful partnerships with employers to create pathways into banking, healthcare, and other industries for diverse adult learners.
