My goal is to work with people to improve environmental issues. As a trained conflict mediator and large group facilitator I am a strong communicator, time manager and organizer. I work best with groups and feel comfortable as the leader or a contributor. Collaboration is the stronger tool we have in our communities and my passion to make collaboration a productive and progressive problem solving strategy keeps me motivated as we work through each project. I have both social and natural science backgrounds which is helpful in creating synergy between different ways of thinking.
