Katja Sulenko

A continuous learner always eager to meet new challenges. My interests are especially in coaching, career planning, HR and recruitment. I get inspired by people's (career) stories and different career paths and a chance to help and support others in their career motivates me highly. Currently I work as a career coach in Tekniikan Akateemiset TEK supporting members in job search and career planning. I have had a chance to work in different work communities and organizational cultures, also abroad, and that has taught me lot of flexibility, ability to see things from different perspectives and creative thinking. When working in teams I consider different strengths people have to ensure reaching common goals and I'm always ready to help my colleagues. I fluently organize and prioritize multiple tasks keeping the focus on the big picture and the whole process. The way I work is active and responsible and I always try to figure out how to develop my skills and find even better solutions. I've got good feedback on quickly adapting to changing situations still maintaining high quality of work also under hectic circumstances. I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures and ways of living and in free time I get energy from a good workout or a walk in the forest.
