I coach compassionate senior leaders to lead authentically and achieve their goals in a way that is balanced with all that is important in their lives. I work with senior leaders in the private and not for profit sector, leading specialist teams with technical expertise. I work best with compassionate individuals open to deepening their self-understanding to find a greater sense of purpose, fulfilment and maximise their potential. Prior to learning the theory and practice of coaching, I lived and breathed the experience of being coached as a senior leader. I spent 15 years in the corporate world, as an actuary specialising in pensions, leading people and projects. This learned and lived experience has enabled me to develop coaching practices and tools to support my clients to explore and connect within to deepen their understanding of themselves and unlock their potential. Through reaching inwards, I help clients to find sustainable solutions that are authentic and in balance with the rest of their lives. I am a qualified executive and senior leadership coach with specialist training in emotions-based coaching. I supportively challenge my clients to access, understand and integrate insight from their emotions and cognition.
