I am a Student Services professional with over 20 years of experience in higher education. My current experience includes leading teams in strategic planning, program leadership, development, and implementation for a diverse population of students. Through my leadership and program development I am able to assist students reach their full potential whether that be to enter the job market or continue their education through graduate school. My background and expertise include assisting college students and alumni with career exploration, development and management, student and employer engagement and community building. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor from the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a Certified Career Counselor from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) where I have also been part of the NCDA Leadership Academy. I am also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and MBTI Master Practitioner.
