Having practiced as a lawyer, in-house recruiter to two global law firms, law school career counselor, and now in private practice, I bring the unique perspective of someone who has seen the job market from all angles. I guide clients through all aspects of the career growth process, from resumes and mock interviews to networking sessions and salary negotiation. My goal is to ensure that each client leaves with practical advice, developed through individualized action plans, and I hold my clients accountable every step along the way. While my initial expertise was in law, I have expanded to include several other industries, such as marketing, finance, healthcare, consulting, and education. Drawing upon my experience in recruiting, professional development and marketing, I help clients develop a dynamic narrative and personal brand. After all, so much of the job search process is crafting and selling your personal story. My work with clients is tailored to the needs, goals and values of each particular client.
