After a decade of an engineering career in the petrochemical industry, I have pursued further studies in organisational psychology, areas of studies not limited to employee well-being, leading change and development, learning and training, leadership development, psychology of careers, recruitment and talent management which is an extension of human resource management. Passionate about bringing a positive impact on the organisation, synergising human resource management and engineering. Possessing resilience, can-do attitude and a continuous learning mentality through constant personal development. Having lived in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand have made me highly adaptable, independent, open to experience and sensitive to interpersonal and cultural differences.
