Education possesses the transformative potential to shape individuals and influence the course of our global society. I am fueled by the idea that every individual is entitled to a high-quality education. Thus, I've dedicated my life to championing this cause, striving to empower students of all ages with the essential resources, knowledge, and support needed to be successful in our ever-changing world. From the beginning of my professional career as a Teach For America corps member, something I've always enjoyed about teaching is being able to build genuine connections and light the spark of curiosity in others. One of my favorite parts of being a coach, both in the classroom and in my roles in higher education, has been witnessing the transformative power of guidance, and helping individuals discover their strengths, clarify their goals, and navigate the intricate path toward their dreams. As a Program Manager, I find it deeply fulfilling to shape and drive projects that make a tangible impact. I thrive on the dynamic nature of coordinating teams, aligning strategies, and navigating challenges to bring initiatives to fruition.
