I am an ICF certified professional coach, a leadership consultant as well as an experienced psychometric assessment practitioner. I help people evolve and thrive by rising to their full potential and fulfilling their purpose. I support companies and organizations grow by developing their leaders and talents. With a background and academic interest in personality psychology, adult learning and development as well as the existential-humanistic psychology, I am more capable of holding a powerful space in conversations around life purpose, identity and boundaries, personal values, role transitions, deep relationships…… etc, namely those key themes that affect people’s overall mental wellbeing in this revolutionary era. I take a narrative and holistic approach in my coaching sessions and facilitation which often helps bring the topics to a deeper level. I often work with my clients through investigating the narratives and their life stories, as we believe that it is our narratives/life stories we continue telling ourselves have shaped who we are today, and will even influence the future we are heading to. People also find the Mindfulness practices I build in quite practical and impactful in terms of raising self-awareness and sustaining behavioral changes.
