My name is Narayan Srinivasan. I am the the founder of Fulfeelment, LLC, where we go beyond fulfillment! I am passionate about helping companies and individuals maximize their potential. I founded Fulfeelment in 2019 to offer program/project management and strategic services. As part of this, I crafted the Innovation Adoption Leadership methodology to guide and help customers manage meaningful change with purposeful leadership. Later on, I also started service offerings to help with career coaching. Who do we work with? * Consulting Services to Businesses: We specialize in helping business units and IT leadership in leading complex programs to create meaningful change. We utilize our "Innovation Adoption Leadership" process for this with a coaching model at the core of our approach. * Coaching Services to Individuals: We provide empathetic career coaching guiding individuals from many walks of life in making strategic career decisions and beyond. In the last 20+ years, I’ve played Senior Leadership roles in the IT industry, which include companies such as, Neudesic, Accenture, and MicroStrategy. I did my Bachelors degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Chennai), India and followed it up with a Masters degree in Engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, OH.
