My mission is to help individuals and organizations towards healthier, more meaningful working lives. I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach (ACC), EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner level, NLP Coach and NLP Trainer, and a certified Narrative Big Five professional. My long experience in marketing, client management, team leadership and partnership development, provides also a strong foundation for my work as a coach, combining business understanding with coaching mindset. With my clients, I am solution focused, approachable and always fully present. I have specialized in career coaching and job search training, guiding clients through career transitions, particularly after organizational changes or career shifts. I adhere to the ethical principles of the ICF, ensuring professionalism and integrity. In change negotiations, I provide specialized career coaching during layoff situations, guiding employees through transitions with empathy and practical tools. This includes clarifying self-awareness, identifying strengths and competencies, setting new career goals, and enhancing job search success. In addition to individual coaching, I offer in-house coaching tailored to organizational needs. I also collaborate as an external partner with companies seeking coaching expertise to support their clients in areas such as leadership development, team performance, or personal growth.
